Please read these Terms of Service carefully before subscribing to or using the Orbit Content service. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The service

Orbit Content provides automated SEO content marketing as a monthly subscription service. Depending on your plan, we deliver 8 or 16 content pieces per month to your personal dashboard at orbitcontent.co.uk. Content types are selected by you during onboarding and updated monthly via your content brief.

2. Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• Founder's Pricing is a limited launch rate. Once subscribed at this rate, the price is fixed for life — it will not increase while your subscription remains active.
• All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.
• Failed payments may result in a temporary suspension of your service until payment is resolved.

3. Content delivery

• Content is delivered to your dashboard within 5 business days of us receiving your completed onboarding brief.
• Ongoing monthly deliveries are made by the 10th of each month (or every Friday for weekly Growth subscribers), subject to receiving your monthly content brief by the 3rd.
• If no brief is received by the deadline, we will use your previous month's selections.
• Unused pieces carry over to the following month and do not expire.

4. Revisions

• Starter plan: 1 revision per content piece.
• Growth plan: 3 revisions per content piece.
• Revisions are delivered within 3 business days of the request being submitted.
• Revision requests must include a clear reason for the change.

5. Content ownership

All content generated and delivered to you through Orbit Content is your property. You may publish, edit, repurpose, or distribute it as you see fit. We retain no rights to content delivered to your account.

We may use anonymised, non-attributable examples of content types for marketing purposes (e.g., "this is an example of a long-form blog post"). We will never publish content identifying your business without your explicit permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Orbit Content service to generate:

• Content that is false, misleading, or defamatory
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Content promoting illegal activities or products
• Spam or unsolicited bulk communications

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription if these conditions are violated, without refund.

7. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing theorbitcontent@gmail.com or through your billing settings in the dashboard.
• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing cycle.
• There are no cancellation fees.
• If you cancel and re-subscribe at a later date, Founder's Pricing may no longer be available.

8. Service availability

We aim to maintain consistent delivery against the timelines above. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. In the event of a delay on our part (beyond our stated timelines), we will communicate proactively and carry over any affected pieces.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. In the event of discontinuation, we will refund any prepaid fees for the current billing period.

9. Limitation of liability

Orbit Content is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
