A real account, not a mockup
Most "case studies" in this industry are written before a single piece of content has shipped. This one isn't. QA Tuition, a private tuition business in Slough, signed up for Orbit Content's Growth plan on 4 July 2026. As of this piece, they've received 33 pieces of content across four formats, entirely through the process every other Growth client goes through — no special treatment, no manual workarounds.
What the engagement actually looks like
QA Tuition completed a one-time onboarding brief covering their business, audience and tone, then a short brief each month for topic direction. From there, everything else happens without them: content is researched, drafted, and reviewed by a human before it reaches their dashboard. They log in, copy what they need, and post it. They have never had a call with Orbit Content — that's not an exception made for them, it's the model for every client.
The mix delivered
Growth plan clients choose up to 8 content types; QA Tuition picked four and has stayed with that mix since joining:
- 9 LinkedIn articles & posts
- 8 FAQ pages
- 8 email newsletters
- 8 Instagram captions
That's 33 pieces total, delivered across roughly two months of monthly batches — the same cadence every Growth client on monthly delivery gets.
What they said
Asked to describe the experience in a few words, their answer was: “Revolutionary and efficient.” No prompting, no drafted quote handed to them to approve — that's what they said when asked, and they gave permission for it to be used here.
What this does (and doesn't) prove
To be direct about what this account shows and what it doesn't: it demonstrates that the pipeline works end to end for a real business over a sustained period — a real brief in, real reviewed content out, on schedule, without a single call. It is not a traffic or ranking case study; Orbit Content doesn't yet track that data for clients (analytics is intentionally lightweight in this version of the product), so no claim is made here about search performance. What's verifiable is the delivery itself: format, volume, cadence, and a human review step on every piece before it reached QA Tuition's dashboard.
If you're evaluating this for your own clients
This is the same account referenced in Orbit Content's own client-proof numbers, and the same pipeline that writes every post on this blog. If you run a web design or SEO practice and have clients who need content they aren't currently producing, this is what handing that off actually looks like in practice — not a demo, an account that's been running for two months.
